Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Rai – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1/4 tsp
Green chili chopped – 2-3
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Always choose ripe pumpkin to make pumpkin curry. First cut the pumpkin and remove its upper thick skin with the help of a knife or a sieve. After this cut the pumpkin into small pieces. After this, finely chop green chillies and green coriander leaves. Now put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds in it and let them crackle for a few seconds.

When the masala turns light brown, add finely chopped green chillies and turmeric to it. Then put the pumpkin pieces in the pan and mix it well with the spices with the help of a ladle.
